International Shipments from India and China: Our Raw Indian Hair ships from our Indian factory, same for our Cambodian Hair. Our Virgin hair 9A and 10A ship from our China Warehouse

Shipments from India and China are handled through reputable carriers such as DHL, UPS and FedEx.
The estimated delivery time for these shipments ranges from 4 to 7 business days, contingent upon the specifics of the order and its quality.
*South Indian Raw Hair Quality:
Please note that shipments of our South Indian raw hair quality may take slightly longer to reach you.
Customers placing overseas orders for this quality should expect a delivery timeframe of approximately 10 business days and it can go to 14 days for custom orders.
Shipping Costs for International Orders:
International shipping costs are determined by the weight of the order.
For orders of 5 pieces or less, the standard shipping fee is $40.
Shipments from USA Location:
Orders shipped from our USA location typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
Express shipping options are available for orders placed before 12 PM on the same day of purchase.
Signature Delivery Requirement:
All orders are subject to signature delivery upon receipt.
Modifications to this requirement cannot be accommodated, therefore, please plan accordingly.
Local Shipping Costs and Timeframes:
Local shipping within the USA typically takes 2 to 3 business days at a cost of $25.
Express local shipping ensures delivery within 1 to 2 business days, with a corresponding fee of $50.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details.
You will continue to receive tracking updates until the order has been successfully delivered. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact one of our agents on our website chat or send us an email.
Responsibility for Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is dispatched via carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or USPS, any loss or theft that may occur after delivery attempts are beyond our control.
Customers are advised to initiate an investigation with the courier in the event of any such issues to seek resolution.
